Muzambiringa and Usubella join forces to scale entrepreneurship development programs, combining expertise to reach more aspiring business leaders across Sierra Leone.

Muzambiringa is excited to announce a strategic partnership with Usubella, a leading social enterprise focused on youth development and economic empowerment in Sierra Leone. This collaboration will significantly expand the reach and depth of our entrepreneurship development programs.

Under this partnership, both organizations will co-deliver a series of intensive business development workshops, mentorship programs, and community engagement initiatives. By combining Muzambiringa's venture building expertise with Usubella's deep community networks and youth engagement experience, we can reach entrepreneurs who might otherwise lack access to these opportunities.

The first joint initiative will be a 6-month "Business Foundations" program targeting 100 aspiring entrepreneurs aged 18-35 in Freetown and Bo. Participants will develop essential business skills including market research, business plan creation, financial management, and pitch preparation.

"Partnerships like this are at the heart of our Grapevine Philosophy," explains our Director of Partnerships. "Just as vines intertwine for strength, organizations must collaborate to amplify impact. Usubella shares our vision, and together we will achieve more than either organization could alone."

Applications for the first joint cohort will open next month. We encourage all aspiring entrepreneurs in the Freetown and Bo areas to follow our social media channels for updates and application details.
